Built for the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science, Research & Tertiary Education, this project incorporates elements of the built and natural environment around it, the building fronts the major pedestrian spine of the city, preserves a stand of Casuarina trees and upgrades the hard and soft landscape of this area.
This city centre office complex is comprised of 25,000m2 of office space on eleven levels with three levels of carparking and ground floor commercial, retail and child care facilities. The building, which houses a major government department, was completed in 2006.
