Australian Air Express – Canberra

This facility is the second of a master planned group of general aviation buildings at the Canberra International Airport.

As with the earlier building this building is based upon a clear-span frame allowing for varied activities, in this case a freight processing facility accessible from the secure apron.

Facing the public access street a two storey office “insert” is placed and constructed with similar materials to its companion, however different in form and colour allowing coherence and individual identity to coexist.
