Andrew Donnelly has over eighteen years experience in a broad range of projects of varying scales locally, nationally and internationally with extensive experience in masterplanning, architectural design, documentation and site observation. He has carried out significant roles as project architect for large scale projects, directing and coordinating with significant and diverse user groups and stakeholders and large international consultant group teams, and implementing innovative construction techniques and methodologies delivered in off-shore locations.
Andrew has significant project experience in the government sector, including a lead role as Project Architect for the Australian Parliament House Major Security Upgrades, Group 1 & 2 Works project, and the current major Kitchens upgrade project. Andrew was also a key member of the team leading the interior design development for the Hong Kong Legislative Council chamber at Tamar in Hong Kong.
In the education sector, he held a leading design role as Project Architect, successfully delivering two high-rise student residential and academic developments at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, which included extensive multi-use podium and public realm designs.
Andrew’s project experience also includes the Master Plan and ongoing review for the University of the Sunshine Coast and preparation of a 25 year Master Plan for Nanyang Technological University, one of Singapore’s leading Universities.
