Suyoung Bay Development Master Plan
Pusan, South Korea, 1994
The master planning for 14 hectares of land in Pusan for one of South Korea's leading companies provides a development program and guidelines for residential, retail, hotel, office, entertainment, recreation, and civic uses to a total of 228,000m2.
The plan was undertaken over the five site blocks, and included transportation planning (including proposals for a new local train loop), parking, pedestrian ways, open space and the development of significant new amenity. Landmark sites and building forms were established to create a unique and memorable precinct within the city and larger landscape.
