This iconic institution required sensitive design of new public spaces and circulation, provision of new visitor services areas, a Research Centre and, in collaboration with a specialist exhibition designer, the revitalised orientation galleries for the public.
Design services included brief development; space planning and room layouts; loose and fixed furniture selection, design, and fabrication coordination; exhibition design coordination and documentation; and graphics/signage coordination.
