The new Carpark 9 at Brindabella Circuit provides a state of the art iconic new parking facility for the Brindabella Business Park, including 570 car spaces and 19 motor bike spaces.

The concept for the project has evolved in response to key planning principles, including an efficient carpark layout that is easy and safe to use, natural ventilation, a highly visible landmark entry, a response to the architectural context, and a strong visual identity that is legible from both the Brindabella Business Park and the traffic along Pialligo Avenue.

Two vehicular entries from Brindabella Circuit and Pialligo Avenue provide a choice of entry at ground level, with two ramps at either end of the building providing efficient up and down access to the parking floor. For pedestrians, a vertical circulation core marks the entry foyer and provides access via two lifts and a circulation stairway to each floor.
